Best hotel in Accra, everything was 10/10. The hotel has everything and breakfast was good but needs more variety in terms of drinks.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. My room is clean my biggest issue is that a lot of the plugs in my room did not work and the TV remote also did not work. I did not stay here long due to me traveling the following day. I would give this Hotel another chance in hopes that my next stay would be better. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

This hotel is a gem and great place to stay as a solo traveler. As a woman, I felt safe and cared for. The amenities are well done and the food options are great for the stay. Also, check out Mama Africa across the street for any of your souvenirs needs (not a paid ad, it's just VERY convenient).

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, and would like to commend the team for their exceptional hospitality. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. I would like to extend special recognition to several team members who made a meaningful impact during my stay. Scott and David from the Front Desk stood out for their attentiveness and professionalism—David’s ability to remember my name and recall details of my meeting at the Executive Lounge demonstrated a high level of personal care. Otoo provided friendly and engaging conversation while assisting with our luggage, and Flo from the Asana Lounge was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. I would like to make a special mention of Scott, whose service truly exceeded expectations and made this trip especially memorable. As a hotelier with 12 years of experience, I can confidently say that Scott is one of the best Front Office Managers I have encountered. He went above and beyond to explain details clearly, assist both myself and my guests, and ensure every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality reflect the highest standards of the Kempinski brand. Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent, and the service quality was outstanding. I will certainly be returning more often and would highly recommend Kempinski Hotel Accra to others seeking a premium and memorable hospitality experience.

房间乾净，服务不错。楼高只有四、五层，呈四方形分布，中间天井处为室外游泳池，有点吵，商务出行也用不上。交通比较方便，周边没有购物场所。附图为周边景物。
